Welcome to The Patrimony, a curated digital marketplace connecting discerning buyers and sellers of exceptional vehicles. This document explains how our platform operates, user responsibilities, and the legal framework governing use of our services. By accessing or using our website or mobile application, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Our Platform & Role
The Patrimony operates an online marketplace designed to introduce buyers and sellers and to facilitate coordination of vehicle transactions.
For clarity:
- We do not own, buy, or sell vehicles
- We do not act as a dealer, broker, or agent
- We do not negotiate transactions on behalf of users
- We do not handle payments or hold client funds
- We do not provide escrow services
All vehicle transactions are completed directly between buyers and sellers, with payments settled exclusively through independent third-party escrow providers.
2. How Transactions Work
Our platform supports a professional and structured process:
- Sellers list vehicles on the platform
- Buyers engage directly with sellers
- Independent inspections may be arranged
- Buyers and sellers agree terms privately
- Payment is completed via a third-party escrow provider
- Delivery, export, and ownership transfer occur outside the platform
We may assist with coordination or introductions but are not a party to the sale.
